Glen is an Advisory Partner at the global consultancy firm, Bain & Company. Glen has over 30 years of consulting experience at Bain operating at Board and C-suite level. He has extensive experience across the world, advising clients on strategy development, execution, sales and commercial excellence, performance improvement and organisational change. He has worked extensively with private, and private equity owned companies, as well as some of the world’s largest and most successful publicly quoted companies. Prior to Bain, after an economics degree at Cambridge University, Glen led marketing, sales and strategy teams at Lloyds Bank
